Welcome!
Meet Your Trainer
Hi, I'm Amanda Daniels, and I'm so excited to work with you and your dog! I' m a certified dog trainer (CDTK) with a deep love for dogs and a passion for helping them thrive while still being able to be themselves. I'm currently pursuing my Bachelor's in Animal Care and Behavior, and am committed to continuing education to ensure I'm always using the best, most humane methods to support dogs and their families.
Having worked in the animal shelter system and with so many great clients, I've had the privilege of working with a wide variety of dogs with different needs, personalities, and backgrounds. This experience has taught me that dog behavior is not something to fear or correct - it's completely normal, and it's what makes dogs so amazing. I want to help you understand your dog's behaviors and reactions so you can build a relationship based on trust and communication. Every dog is different, and I'm here to help you meet your dog where they are, with empathy and guidance.
I believe dogs should be able to do dog things, like sniffing, playing, and exploring, while still learning to make positive choices. Through ethical, force-free training, I'll help you create a safe, structured environment that supports your dog's natural instincts and encourages good behavior in real-life situations. It's about creating a space where your dog can thrive without feeling restricted or misunderstood.
I'm also passionate about building a supportive community of dog lovers, where we can all share our experiences and learn from each other. Training should be accessible for everyone, and I am committed to making behavior support affordable so all dogs have the chance to succeed.
I primarily work with dog behavior, and I am slowly integrating cat behavior and training into my practices! If you have a feline who is struggling with a behavior, I am here to help! Cats deserve the same quality of life as our canine companions do, and are so often overlooked. Most cats struggle to have their basic needs met because they don't display the same behaviors a dog do.
I can't wait to help you and your animal build a healthier, happier relationship where your animal can be their true self and you feel confident in your role as their guide.
